My name is Drew Forster, and my wife Trenna and I own and operate Farview Farms Meat Co. I have been involved in the meat business since 1995. I started working as a clean-up boy at Valley Vista Locker in 1995 and moved on to the Kansas State University Meat Lab while gaining a degree in Animal Science. Graduating in the spring of 2001 from KSU, I entered into a contract to buy the old Valley Vista Locker later in the fall and began business as Farview Farms Meat Company that same fall. Extensive refurbishing was done to the building and land in order to modernize facilities and meet requirements for Kansas Department of Agriculture. Since those early days Farview Farms has grown to offer many more services and products. We strive to perfect the products and services our company offers by listening to the customer and adapting to their wants and needs.
