We'll put a steak in your future!Our custom butchering service is built on a foundation of experience,
expertise, and an unending desire to please the customer. We butcher on
Monday and Wednesday, and we welcome drop off the night before, even
Sunday afternoon. We will work with you to schedule your home raised
animals for your convenience, and then help you plan your cutting order
to your exact specifications.
We offer a variety of packaging styles, and many additional services
such as photographs of your carcass, extra aging time, carcass data,
consultation on improving quality and breakdown of each specific cut’s
weight within your order.
