Retail Meats

We carry a full line of top quality beef, pork, lamb, buffalo and elk cuts. Most products are available fresh/ never frozen, and cut to your specifications. Our steaks are USDA Choice quality and we grind our ground beef at approximately 90% lean.

Current customers rave about our summer sausage with jalapeno peppers and our beef sticks, as well as our bacon which is cured and smoked right here in the plant. We also have bundle packages available to stock up on, as well as fresh deli meats, cheeses, and a full line of rubs, marinades and sauces.
